Methodology

Our approach to Executive Search and selection/recruiting, follows this 6-step process:

Understand the Client’s context

We start the process by understanding our client’s needs. To find the right candidate, we want to know the organisational culture of the company, its business challenges, its values and the specific requirements of the profile.

Selection strategy

Once all the requirements of the selection process have been defined, we carry out a market study to find the most qualified professionals who meet the requested requirements, focus the search and find the most suitable candidates.

Evaluate applications

For each process, a team of senior consultants with expertise in different subjects is assigned.

Applicants are contacted to double-check their interest in the offer.

Three interviews and several psycho-technical tests are carried out: a first meeting to check the fit of the profile with the requirements of the position, a second interview to check the necessary technical knowledge and a third interview with two senior consultants for a final check of the final match with the organisational culture and values of the company.

Check references

We always check a minimum of three references from the candidate’s various professional experiences as well as degrees and qualifications.

Present candidates

Presentation of three potential final candidates to the client, by means of a detailed report on each of them with the results of the different interviews, the tests carried out and the verification of references and certifications.

Executive’s integration

We are in close contact with the applicant throughout the process so that he/she is informed of where he/she stands in the process and to be able to convey his/her impressions and expectations to the company.

We provide continuous feedback to the company.

We follow-up during the first three months after the candidate has been hired to ensure a smooth integration into the company.
