One of the strengths of the Coaching 4 Results team is the ability to apply the most appropriate method of intervention, adapting to the change needs of our customers.

Coaching 4 Results has, without a doubt, coaching methodology in its DNA, but we offer what we call “more than coaching” and “more than training“. We do so by following the key principle of coaching: helping the client discover new possibilities, enhance skills and find solutions to challenges.

Therefore, we do not offer prefabricated solutions, but provide tools, guidance and training to find their own solutions and/or build them together with the customer.

These are some of the different methodologies we use:

Business and Executive Coaching

The coach helps the client (individual, group or team) discover new possibilities, improve skills and find solutions to challenges. Coaching helps people take the necessary actions towards achieving their objectives, allowing personal and professional development.

Shadow coaching

Sessions in which the coach “shadows” the client by accompanying him in his daily activities, interactions with his team, etc. The coach provides more effective feedback through direct observation. The client progresses more quickly in achieving his/her goals.

Experiential Group Training

We use different methods which provoke action, encourage the exploration of alternative ways of acting, promote analysis, reflection and self-knowledge and thus empower people. We combine different dynamics, role-plays, videos, action plans and readings (books/articles).

Facilitation Workshops

In contrast to the training sessions, in these workshops we adopt the role of facilitator or moderator. We guide the group through a process of exploration, analysis, change… and it is the team itself that decides on the content and topics to be addressed. With this methodology we achieve optimal learning among the participants.

Professional and Personal Development Tools

Depending on the needs for change, we incorporate different tools and techniques to promote professional and personal development, such as: mindfulness practices, NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) techniques, self-assessment tests and questionnaires, and 360º evaluation reports.

Strategic and HR Consultancy

The consultant has the expertise and specialised knowledge about a specific area and offers this experience to our clients; he/she advises, counsels, proposes and suggests. Coaching 4 Results offers strategic and HR consulting services to develop policies related to talent, culture and work climate.
