We designed a training programme to develop key management skills related to people management. In addition to group training sessions, the programme included individual coaching sessions to reinforce the skills to be developed.
Results
Managers now have a homogeneous leadership model; a management culture has developed and the programme has become the key managers training in the company to evolve professionally.

Small family business that has been experiencing sustainable growth for years through sales via distributors and stores (B2B) and online sales (B2C) of its fashion products. The Board of Directors needed to evolve in line with the growth of the company and assume a role of greater responsibility, as well as develop leadership skills to achieve optimal performance as a team.

We designed a year-long tailor-made program, including facilitation workshops, group training sessions, individual coaching sessions for all members of the Board. As well as an executive coaching process for the CEO.
